7th Grade Final Assessments in Health and Religion and 8th Grade Final Assessments in Health are due May 29th, 2013. Students were given the assignments with directions and rubrics before Easter Break.

8th Grade New York State Intermediate Science Performance Test will be given on Tuesday, May 21st.  The written portion of the test will be on Monday, June 3rd, 2013. Students are encouraged to review nightly.  Review books and materials have been provided. Copies of former written tests and answer keys can be viewed by going to: www.nysedregents.org/Grade8/Science/home.html

Science textbooks are available to view online.  Students should go to: www.pearsonsuccessnet.com.  On the home page they will need to log in with the user name and password I assigned to them.

Science 6- Chapter 6: Biomes Test on Tuesday, May 21st, 2013.
Science 7- Chapter 8: Animals.  Complete Metamorphosis in Painted Lady Butterflies.
Science 8- Review for Intermediate Level Science Test using Science 8 Buckle Down books.

Health 7 and Health 8 - Health Article/Summary due on May 29th, 2013.

The 7th Grade will be doing the Mass readings on May 22nd.

6th and 7th Grade Field trip on May 30th, 2013 to the Iroquois National Wild Life Preserve. Students must bring a bag lunch.  

Science trivia bonus questions will be posted on this page.  To earn bonus points, students must turn in the question and answer on a sheet of paper with their name on it.
